TWIN TOWERS
Project Description:
This innovative development consists of a set of two relatively independent sailboat-like buildings that are joined together by a 5 floor platform. The outdoor space of the platform will offer an open forecourt of beautiful scenery.
The Twin Towers will materially alter the Lagos skyline and command premium price. Work on this project is currently on-going with an expected completion deadline of 2010.
- The project is a top-grade office building consisting of two relatively independent towers that are joined together by a 5 floor platform. There are two towers; Area 1 and Area 2 with an overall construction area of 43,138 m2 of which 27,000 m2 is lettable floor space. The site covers 4,393.57 m2 with an additional 2,040 m2 to be re-claimed from the lagoon.

The reclaimed land will be constructed along sheet piles that will sit into the foot of the lagoon bed to withstand the pressure of the driving water through the use of a retaining wall built with waterproof cement and additives.

SAPATA LAND RECLAMATION PROJECT
Zenith Realtors Ltd. through its sister company-Tadop Properties is also in partnership with Sedac Investments Limited on the reclamation of 14.2 hectares of land at Sapata, near Victoria Garden City (VGC), Ajah, Lagos. This is an ongoing project due for completion in May 2009.
OKOBABA /AGBOWA RE-DEVELOPMENT
Renewal of Okobaba Area into a Modern City in collaboration with the Government of Lagos State which will be in harmony with a Proposed plan to build and re-develop failed and non-existing social and commercial infrastructure facilities on a concession bases.
